Urgent & Crisis Support
Call or text 988 for free, confidential crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 911 if someone is in immediate danger or needs emergency medical attention.

Housing & Family Shelter
Mass 211: dial 211 or 877-211-6277 for housing, shelter, utility, and community referrals. Families seeking Emergency Assistance shelter may call 866-584-0653, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Food Assistance
Project Bread FoodSource Hotline: call or text 800-645-8333 for food programs and SNAP support. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Behavioral Health Support

Substance Use & Recovery

Domestic Violence Safety
