Who We Support

Support for the Whole Family

GWH supports individuals and families in Western Massachusetts who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, mental health or substance use needs, domestic violence, financial hardship, or difficulty accessing community services.

Submitting a request does not guarantee services, housing, financial assistance, or immediate placement. GWH is not an emergency shelter, medical provider, mental health clinic, substance use treatment program, or domestic violence shelter. We provide intensive case management, advocacy, and connections to qualified community partners.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you or someone you know is experiencing emotional distress or thoughts of suicide, call or text 988.
